It sucks being the only gay guy in the theatre program (I know what you’re all thinking ‘WTF?!’ right now but yeah, it’s true). I never have a shot at the romantic lead, or the villain. Oh no, I get the comic relief. And sure, it’s fun for a bit, but I would like to expand my resume to show that I can play those parts, because I CAN PLAY THOSE PARTS. It makes me feel like such a one-dimensional actor. :(
